Once registration for the event closes, we order all the products needed to complete each kit based on the personal registration choices. While we are waiting for the products to arrive, we finish any outstanding tutorial instructions to complete the PDF tutorials and corresponding videos.

As the products arrive, we cut, package and label each project packet. It takes MANY hours to process all the fabulous kit project packets.

Once all the individual packets are complete and all the products have arrived, we package up and label each kit and BONUS kit packages (packaged separately). We take great care to package your kits so they are easy to understand when they arrive at your door.

Once the kits are all ready to go, we package them in a Priority Box and ship them out (approx. 1 week before our event). This is definitely a labor of love to get everything ready for our guests, but we truly love creating a wonderful experience for each of our attendees and I hope they really enjoy each event.
