Feature Friday - Birds of a Feather Mini Curvy Keepsake Box

TGIF my friends!!!  Friday is here!!  Today's Feature is a stamp set I noticed right off the bat because it has a fabulous little hen holding a heart. aaaaaawwwwwe!!!  Once I got Birdds of A Feather in my hot little hands, however, I realized that it's a FABULOUS stamp set that covers, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, AND Valentine's day!! WOW!!

Ok, back to the little Christmas Chick!  It's ADORABLE!!!

See! What'd I tell ya?  Cute isn't it?

Ok, so I cut the box from Whisper White.

Then, I put a couple of post-it notes over the "rounded" sides of the box.

I used the Stamparatus to stamp the fabulous candy stripes on the "longer" sides of the box.

The little chick was easy to color with light pool party, dark daffodil delight, and Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends.

I also added a little Wink of Stella to the star and the whites of the hat, but I'm not sure if you can tell that or not.  Just imagine it, ok? hehe.

The chick and the background were cut out using the layering circles dies, and then a couple dimensionals between them for added texture.

The Silver trimmed ribbon makes this look like a gift worth giving and the white baker's twine holds that adorable little chick onto the box.

Over all, it's a super cute little box!!

Feature Friday - Mini Curvy Keepsake Box

Hello, Hello friends!!  I'm really excited to share this week's Feature Friday with you, because I have a series coming up that I think you're going to love!

Our feature this week is none other than the Tiny Keepsake Bundle, featuring the Mini Curvy Keepsake Box (dies)!  It probably doesn't surprise  you since I had posted that fabulous truck and camper yesterday!  But, it prompted me to create other projects with the Mini Curvy Keepsake Box dies.

Ya know, when I purchase a product, I want to make sure I can use it over and over again.  I'm not likely to buy something I'm only going to use once.  Know what I mean?  So, I had to come up with some other fabulous projects with the dies.

I will share a photo (here) that I've shared on my Facebook page today.  It's 3 absolutely ADORABLE little Halloween characters!  And what's better than having adorable treat boxes?  How easy they are to make!!! LOL.   I want CUTE, but I want easy too!  Does that mean I want it all?  Eh, maybe.  hehe. But these little boxes deliver the goods (pun intended. hehe).

The dies are simple and easy to use.  The box is ONE die, which is fabulous.  It fits in the big shot, which is great.  And it even includes dies for tags that are the PERFECT size for the box! YAYA!!!  Talk about EASY!!

Meet Frankie, Drake and Rita!  Aren't they ADORABLE?!!!! They're quick and easy to make too!

Feature Friday - For The Love Of Felt

Good morning my friends! I hope you're doing well today. We made it to Friday! YAYAYA!!!  This week has been a bit of a struggle for me, but I'm pushing through. Amen! 

I have a fantastic product to share with you today.  It's called "For The Love Of Felt" card kit.  I absolutely LOVE Stampin' Up kits because they take all the guess work out and leave only the fun stuff!!  We have two types of kit available.  One is our "All-Inclusive" kit.  These are the ones that include absolutely everything you need to create that project.  The other is simply a "project kit".  You generally only need to add your own adhesive, or perhaps an ink pad or two, to make these "all inclusive".

The "For The Love Of Felt" kit Includes 12 card bases (4 each of 3 designs), matching printed envelopes, and the fabulous felt embellishment set. You can purchase the coordinating stamp set and ink pads separately, or use what you already have on hand.  That's the wonderful thing about these project kits!  They're so easily adapted to suit your needs!

Feature Friday - Bloom & Grow

TGIF!!!!  Hello my wonderful friends! How are you today?  I'm excited to share this week's Featured product with you.  When I first saw this bundle, it reminded me of the "Lots of Happy" card kit.  I love that kit! It's so pretty! So naturally, I love this bundle too!

I'm talking about the "BLOOM & GROW" Bundle.

Feature Friday - Follow Your Art

TGIF!!!  Happy Friday everyone! I hope you're all ready to have a fantastic day and have plans for a fabulous weekend!  We're in the final days of summer break here in East Tennessee, so things are winding down and we're just ready for school to start already (at least the parents are! haha).

This week's Feature Friday is actually the whole suite.  I just think it's fun and cheery and full of potential!

Check out the fabulous die cuts!  Color your own Stampin' Write Markers and Blends, cut out a stack of ribbons, and omgosh the buttons!!

You remember the little pink card laying on the table here?  That was a CASE IT Wednesday project not too long ago. :-)

You could do "Back to School" or "Arts and Crafts" or even "Sewing" themed projects with this suite!  Love it!
