Heya friends! I'm here with another fabulous Snailed It project today! It's an adorable gift/treat box with a wonderful Easel Top!
The box itself is made from the Love You Always Treat Boxes. They're awesome because there's no gluing involved and they are SUPER STURDY!!
I've wrapped the entire box in DSP and created a handle to open the box easier. Let's get started!
What you'll need:
Designer Series Paper (DSP)
- 4" x 2 5/8"
- (2) 4" x 1 3/8"
- (2) 2 9/16" x 1 3/8"
Cardstock
Bermuda Bay - 4" x 5 1/4" (scored on LONG side at: 1 1/4" & 2 5/8")
- 2 5/8" x 4"
Basic White - 3 7/8" x 2 1/2"
10" of Ribbon (I used the wider White ribbon from the Flowers For Every Season combo pack)
Burnish the score lines on the larger piece of Bermuda Bay cardstock. Adhere the largest section to the top of assembled box.
With the other two smaller sections folded flat against the other half, apply adhesive to only the bottom section.
Now, lay remaining piece of Bermuda Bay cardstock over top and secure with adhesive on bottom section. The pieces should lay down perfectly even and together.

Attach DSP to respective sides of box leaving the biggest piece of DSP for the top.
Die cut a stitched envelope, "hello" thought bubble, and a snail from DSP and attach to top of easel panel. Use included hearts dies to cut two out of a scrap of Real Red.

Attach Basic White panel to the "inside" of the easel card on top of box.
Fussy cut a large snail from the DSP and attach with liquid glue.
Die cut a large mushroom and attach it with liquid glue as well.
Use dimensionals or foam adhesive to raise up two small die cut mushrooms and attach to bottom (near edges) of White inside panel.
Use a circle hole punch to punch a hole in one end of the box and then tie a knot in the ribbon and feed it through the hole for a handle.
