Share Sunshine PDF and Project Samples!

Hello everyone! How are you today? I hope you're all doing well on this fabulous Thursday afternoon!

As promised yesterday, I have been playing with the new Share Sunshine PDF!  SO CUTE!!  Now, I've not really DOVE IN head first, but I did create a few simple and easily replicate-able cards to share with you. :-)

"Wash Your Hands", I love it! hehehe.

I totally would!

This one is not a funny or witty card, but more of a sweet and kind one.  I really love that the PDF has TONS of sentiments that range between the two feelings.

I printed my PDF onto Whisper White Cardstock, and while all printers are different I think it's important to note that you may need to adjust the settings on your printer before you print. Maybe do one test page first.   I changed the settings on my HP to a heavy Matte professional paper on the BEST QUALITY setting, and got amazing crisp clear and color rich images!

I mean, LOOK at those samples!!  The sentiments are spectacular!

The cards pictured below are samples from Stampin' Up.  They really take care of us and show fantastic ways to use the PDF. And, I would wager that there are all sorts of videos and photos floating around YouTube and Google land about now. :-) You're sure to find some incredible inspiration!.

I did a quick little video, going over the PDF itself and also my card projects (including my CASE'd one).  You can check it out here. Be sure to SUBSCRIBE if you're not already subbed.  :-)

If you haven't already purchased the Share Sunshine PDF Bundle, you can do it by clicking the button here:

I hope you'll consider purchasing the PDF as the proceeds ALL go to the two organizations Stampin' Up is contributing to.  They're not keeping a dime and neither am I. :-) 100% of the cost goes to the organizations to help!

If you have any questions, or need help with your PDF purchase, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'm here for you. :-)

Until Next Time,
Happy Crafting!

Case It Wednesday and a worthy cause too!

Hello everyone! How are you today?

Today's CASE-It Wednesday is a little different because I typically CASE the Stampin' Up catalog.  Today, I CASE-ed my friend Rick's card.   Isn't it adorable?  I love it! I changed mine just slightly, offsetting the focal image and adding an inside sentiment, but everything else is his.

Stampin' Up (being the fabulous, amazing, wonderful company that they are) has created a beautiful PDF printable that you can use to create fun and quirky cards that are perfect for our current "pandemic situation" Covid-19.  This PDF is extra special because 100% of the proceeds go between two organizations that are trying to deal with the Covid-19 virus.  The World Health Organization and United Way both have Covid-19 response programs that are working hard to tackle the issues we're facing.  So, Stampin' Up has created this PDF printable as a fundraiser to do our part in assisting.

The cost of the PDF is only $12 and as I said, 100% of the proceeds are going to the two organizations.  When you purchase the PDF, you'll be able to choose which of the organizations you'd like to support, OR you can split your contribution between the two! That's awesome!!

Aren't these images GORGEOUS?! They're quirky, witty, and fun.  They bring the smile we all need right now and include lots of lighthearted sentiments as well as the more serious THANK YOU for your service and care for those who are on the "frontlines" of this crazy time.

Here are a few card samples that Stampin' Up created, using the Share Sunshine PDF.

So Stinkin' Cute, right?!

I truly LOVE being a part of a company that really cares about what's going on in the world and wants to do what they can to help!

If you'd like to purchase the PDF, you can do it by clicking the link here:

Well, that's about enough excitement for one day isn't it?  I just downloaded the PDF myself, so I've not had a chance to play with it much. But I will today, and I'll share more projects with you in the coming days, so stay tuned!  The PDF is currently set to be available through the month of May, so you have a limited amount of time to purchase it.  The great thing about it is that it's an instant download!  So as soon as you purchase it, you can download and get right to work playing! yaya!!

Until Next Time,
Happy Crafting!

PPP Blog Hop My Wonderful Family

Oh boy! Oh Boy! It's time for a Paper Pumpkin Possibilities BLOG HOP!!! YAYAYA!!!  This month's Paper Pumpkin kit is truly special, so I know you're going to find some amazing project ideas along the hop! Be sure to follow it all the way back around to me (or wherever you started) so that you don't miss anything!

Recently in the PAPER PUMPKIN GROUPIES Facebook Group, someone commented that they were a scrapbooker and would really like to see more scrapbook layout projects.  I took that idea and decided to go back and create a scrapbook layout for each month's Paper Pumpkin kit.  So, my contribution to this month's hop is a 12"x12" scrapbook layout.

Now, in keeping with the whole mantra of Paper Pumpkin (quick, simple, and easily replicate-able) this scrapbook layout doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles.  But it is a beautiful scrapbook version of the card kit for the April 2020 Paper Pumpkin.

There are spots for 2 4"x6" photos (or smaller), and I used several elements from the kit to create the layout.  Notice the beautiful tree and the birds, the greenery sprigs and the butterfly too.

This sentiment was so beautiful! I knew I had to have it on the layout.  It's just perfect!

The color palette was fantastic! Stampin' Up does a spectacular job of putting colors together!

Stampers Showcase Blog Hop: The 2020 Occasions Catalog is here!

Good morning my friends! It's time for my FAVORITE blog hop of the month!! STAMPERS SHOWCASE!!! YAYAYAYA!!!!

This month's theme is all about the 2020 Spring Mini Catalog.  We have just ONE MORE MONTH to enjoy the products inside before they retire, so we're creating fabulous projects to inspire you.

I have really enjoyed the All Dressed Up gift bag die, as well as the Bonanza Buddies Bundle, so I decided to put the two together for you today.

Oh boy! You can really create all sorts of fun "themes" with the bag die. Subscribe to my YouTube channel to see a variety of projects I've made using this die set.

I'll be posting a video today, featuring the All Dressed Up Gift Bag.  Subscribe and be notified or check back here. :-)

Bonanza Buddies make a fabulous embellishment for a Birthday themed bag.

I used Terracotta Tile Cardstock for the base, and the Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper for the layers.   The dies really do all the work.  It's just fantastic!   To get the "layers" simply die cut the Designer Series Paper and use the stitched border marks as a cutting guide. Cut just inside the stitching so that you can still see the stitching on the cardstock base.  Clever, Eh?

Adding the handles can be done in a variety of ways, but I chose to keep the bag wide open on top and just make a basket type handle.  I used the Terracotta cardstock for the handle and the pocket to keep with the colorway.

I wanted the "Happy Birthday" to really stand out, so it's been embossed in white on Basic Black Cardstock, and then fussy cut out.

One of the things I love most about the Bonanza Buddies Bundle is that the animals can be die cut out of the designer series paper, OR can be stamped and colored quite easily!  This way, you can still create more and more of them, long after you've used up all your DSP. hehe

After making all of the little critters, I used one of the pennant dies and Bermuda Bay Cardstock to create a nice accent.  A Whisper White Twine bow finished off the project perfectly.

Wouldn't these bags make absolutely ADORABLE treat bags for a birthday party?  Oh yes! of course!!

Be sure to follow the hop around to check out all the other incredible Stampers Showcase designers.  You know, we have the best ones and they create absolutely GORGEOUS projects!!  You're sure to find plenty of inspiration to really get a lot of use out of your stamps, dies, inks, and papers!
