Flowering Foils Week! Highland Heather

Good morning my friends! How are you today?  It's a wet and dreary day here in East TN.  But, I have a sweet project to share with you!

This is Day 2 of my week long series of projects using the Flowering Foils Designer Series Paper that you can get for FREE with a qualifying Sale-a-Bration order!

I will post a new video EACH DAY THIS WEEK (Monday-Friday at least) and each project will feature the So Sentimental Bundle and the Flowering Foils Designer Series Paper!

When you order the So Sentimental Bundle and a pack of Stampin' Dimensionals, you will earn the Flowering Foils DSP for FREE!!! AND, when you use the host code pictured here, you'll also get a FREE set of Rhinestone Basic Jewels! YAY! Click the image here to go directly to a cart with these products:

Right, so let's get to the project shall we?

We'll start with an 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" Piece of Whisper White Cardstock (scored at 4 1/4") for our card base.

You'll also need:
* A piece of the Flowering Foils DSP measuring 4" x 1 1/2"
* A piece of Highland Heather Cardstock measuring 4" x 5 1/4"
* A piece of Whisper White Cardstock measuring 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
* A piece of Whisper White Cardstock big enough to die cut the Stitched Sweetly Label
* Approximately 13" of Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon
* Gorgeous Grape Ink Pad
* Tuxedo Black Ink Pad
* Light Highland Heather Stampin' Blends Marker
* Rhinestone Basic Jewels

First things first, you'll need to color AROUND the flower petals on the DSP using the Highland Heather Marker.  While you've got the marker in hand, go ahead and use it to color the Tulle ribbon as well.  Set both aside for a moment to dry.

Next layer the Highland Heather and Whisper White layers onto the card base.

Die cut the stamped sentiment from the So Sentimental stamp and die set.  Use dimensionals to raise it up.

Now, apply the strip of DSP to the card front.  And, using snail adhesive, attach the ribbon to the front of the card as well.  You'll then lay the sentiment piece over top the ribbon and stick it down with the dimensionals on the back.

I also used the Tasteful Textures Stamp Set to embellish the inside of the card and the envelope, because one of the stamps matches the Designer Series Paper PERFECTLY!

Don't you think they match well? :-)

Your card is now finished!

See the video tutorial here;

I hope you like today's project and are looking forward to tomorrow's! Stay safe my friends!

Until Next Time,
Happy Crafting!
