Good evening my friends! I hope you all had a terrific weekend! This week's Make-It Monday project features the Pretty Pumpkins Stamp & Die Bundle.
This bundle is the PERFECT fall product to create gorgeous projects! Imagine the perfect place settings at your Thanksgiving table, complete with place card and matching napkin ring. Not to mention a stunning handmade card thanking your guests for being there and being in your life. :-) A sure crowd pleaser!
This week's Make-It Monday card would be a beautiful one to place at a seat.
Here's what you'll need for this project:
* Thick Very Vanilla 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" (scored at 4 1/4") for card base.
* Thick Very Vanilla 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" (scored at 4 1/4") for card base.
* Blackberry Bliss 3 3/4" x 5 1/4" (embossed with Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder)
* Brushed Metallic (Bronze) Cardstock 3 1/2" x 5"
* Very Vanilla 3 1/4" x 4 3/4"
* Brushed Metallic (Bronze) Cardstock 2" x 3 1/2" for die cutting pumpkin, and a scrap to die cut the leaf
* Very Vanilla Cardstock 2 1/2" x 2 1/4" to stamp & die cut round pumpkin
Stamp "So Thankful For You" in Blackberry Bliss ink on upper right of Vanilla layer, then attach to the card front. After you die cut the filigree pumpkin, tie a little length of linen thread around the stem (approx. 8-10 inches).
I used Multipurpose Liquid Glue to attach the filigree pumpkin to the card, but you could also attach the piece of Metallic paper to a piece of Adhesive Sheet too. It's up to you.
The stamped pumpkin is attached to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. I also added a Dimensional to the back of the leaf before I attached it too. I love the look of all these layers. *REMEMBER - when you're planning to mail a card, it's best to stick with no more than TWO layers on dimensionals.*
