Spooky Treats Blog Hop

Good evening my crafty friends!! It's time for a Paper Pumpkin Possibilities BLOG HOP!!! Woot Woot!!! I love this hop, because I just love seeing all the amazing alternative project ideas that people come up with, using their Paper Pumpkin kits!

This month's kit, "Spooky Treats" is full of the cutest little treat boxes ever!

As you see here, the kit makes 18 treat holders! Perfect for your kiddo's classroom, or little treats for your co-workers.

And take a look at all the fabulous supplies included!! We're sure to be able to make all sorts of alternative projects with this stash!

For my project, I decided to use the Tailor Made Tags Dies to create a treat holder.  I've die cut two of the largest die shape and then scored 1 1/4" from the bottom on both.  Then, I glued the scored parts together to create the treat base.

I used the Layering Circles and Stylish Shapes dies to create the sentiment piece. They're layered together with Stampin' Dimensionals and then attached to the front of the holder with more Dimensionals.  I stamped and fussy cut the little ghost image from the stamp set and tucked it between the two layers of the sentiment piece with a touch of liquid glue.

The little adhesive backed stars are leftover from the kit. We got quite a few so there are plenty to use!
Made this way, the holder is perfectly sized for a Hershey Nugget.  I think it's just adorable. Don't you?

I can see these little treats being left on people's desks, to bring them a smile!

I mean, it's just so stinkin' cute!
