It's time for a Sale-a-Bration

Good morning my crafty friends! It's time for the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop! YAYA!!! I always look forward to the last Monday of each month because this group of creative designers always has such beautiful projects to share with us!

This month's theme is all about Sale-a-Bration (SAB). It's going on RIGHT NOW and it's worth being excited about! There are some absolutely FANTASTIC items in the SAB brochure (while supplies last) and they are the topic of our hop today!

I'm using a couple of items from the Sale-A-Bration brochure, because...... Why not?! The Special Moments stamp set is full of absolutely INCREDIBLE sentiments!  It's FREE with a $100 purchase!

LOTS of terrific sentiments, right?! LOVE IT!

And then, I wanted to use the Daffodil Afternoon 12"x12" Designer Series Paper (FREE with a $50 purchase), because it's so pretty and I am IN LOVE with the coordinating Daffodil Daydreams Stamp & Die Bundle in the 2022 Spring Mini Catalog.  It's a gorgeous bundle and I really enjoy building daffodils with the dies and coloring them with the stamps and Stampin' Blends.

Today's project uses the flower cluster stamp and some coloring with Daffodil Delight and Mossy Meadow Blends.  If you've not yet tried coloring with Stampin' Blends, you don't even know what you're missing! Trust me, they're incredible!

I love that the Daffodil Daydreams Bundle has dies that match my beautiful colored stems. It makes cutting and layering them so easy.

For this project, I also brought in one of my GO-TO die sets "Stitched So Sweetly".  I love all the choices for sentiment pieces as well as background layers.  In this case, I used the 2nd and 3rd largest of the scalloped rectangle dies to create the layers behind the daffodils.  So pretty! The Ornate Frames dies came in handy for the sentiment piece on the card.

With a Pear Pizzazz card base, these daffodils look so bright and cheerful!  Add the layers of scalloped rectangles and the die cut daffodils and you've got a beautifully fun card!

This one has more dimension than I would normally recommend for a card going in the mail. But this one is going to be hand delivered to a special friend. So bring on the dimension!! :-)  However, join me LIVE this evening at 8pm EST on The Stampin' Chic Dana Sullivan Facebook page and I'll be doing a more USPS friendly version.

I hope you enjoyed my card. I really enjoyed sharing it with you!  There's still time to earn these Sale-A-Bration items too! See the supply list down below.
