Stampin' For Christmas February Blog Hop

Ya know how we typically wait til just a couple weeks before we hope to get our Holiday Cards out to get started on them?  Well, there's a Blog Hop to help us change all that! On the first Saturday of each month we share more Christmas Card ideas for you to do.  Join me and create a few of your favorites to have a nice collection ready to go at Christmas time! YAY!

I have always loved the Snowman Season Stamp Set.  I was thrilled to find that it was carrying over from the 2019 Holiday Catalog to the 2020 Annual Catalog.  It's a really adorable group of snowfolks.

I'm not using the coordinating Snowman Builder Punch on my project today, but you can see how cute it is!

Instead, I chose to create a subtle background using the snowflakes cluster stamp all over the 5 1/4" x 4" Pool Party Cardstock Layer.  I also added a 5 1/4" x 4" Vellum overlay and attached it by stitching around the border with my sewing machine.  I've only done this technique a couple of times but I absolutely LOVE IT! So much fun! hehe. I tied it with the Pool Party Ribbon from the Playing With Patterns Ribbon Combo Pack.  The Blue Adhesive Backed Gems from the 2020 Holiday Mini Catalog are carrying over (YAY!) so I thought I'd use some of them too!  They're so pretty!

This card is pretty simple and really doesn't take long to do. It would be a perfect assembly line card!
